Notable – Proof eases the pain that is usually part of a traditional proofing workflow. Instead of having multiple versions of images and documents circulating around and trying to handle the inflow of comments from the people involved in the proofing process, everything is now possible to handle in a structured and documented way.
Notable – Proof supports multiple clients, each having one or more brands, within a brand any number of concurrent proofing projects may be created. Each proofing project will be visible only to invited users, who may comment, draw, chat, upload artwork, and set statuses such as “Approved” to images/pages or the entire project. Instantly updated and clearly visible statistics and filtering make it extremely easy to follow the progress of the proofing process.
Integration with Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as InDesign and Bridge, as well as saving assets to Cloud storage, enables you to work in your favourite applications during the proofing process. Starting a new proofing project is possible directly from Adobe Bridge for images, and from InDesign for documents. Viewing the proofing project with all comments, tasks, and file downloads is available in all Adobe CC applications that support CEP extension panels, and UXP panel for InDesign. If you work with other applications you may always import PDF.
